2. Is there a bulk order discount or a special season off?

 Yes orders more than US $5000 are considered for discount depending on items and the season in which its ordered.

3. What is the sample availability time and costs?

The samples are available upon request and usually ready in 20-30 days depending on numbers and are delivered via regd. Airmail on To Pay basis or you provide your Fed. Ex./ DHL a/c no.

4. What shipping/packing policy is followed normally?

Each piece is poly bagged & packed as a defined strike 12,24 or even 50 depending on the size of style in question. These are packed in inner corrugated boxes and further in to master corrugated boxes. The gross weight is usually maintained around 18-20 kgs. For ease of handling at ports and avoid any breakage customized packing is also provided for logo printing, bar coding or labeling and can incur extra costs. Once we know of any style with defined quantity, we can work out all necessary details as required.

5. What are the shipment delivery options available?

By Sea, Air or Courier.

6. What payment options are there?

L/c or 50% Advance TT and balance TT upon faxing or emailing of invoice/ post shipments documents.

7. What are the pricing terms?

The prices are quoted is US $ FOB India any port.

8. Is there any option to change specifications in items as on site?

Yes customization is possible for any themes/ Color schemes, Which you can provide us with and we will not change you anything for it unless required

9. What manufacturing facilities are available?

We have a state of art manufacturing unit equipped with latest technology casting and other machines, well trained artisians of both casted and handmade products also a in house design studio with experienced designers fully capable of satisfying any need of our esteemed clients with are endeavor of giving quality and value for money to our clients.

10. How can I see a range of a specific product category?

You can request us for the sample photos of the product category in which you are interested in and we shall send you pictures of those by e-mail along with prices and specification.
